TERMS: Buyer and Seller to enter into a written purchase agreement with $2,000.00 earnest deposit due the day of the auction. TAXES: 2007 Taxes $557.96. All taxes and assessments for 2007 and prior years shall be paid by the Seller. 2008 taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
